I bring over a decade of experience in Pilates, massage therapy, and fascial-based modalities, combined with training in Hypopressive Therapy, Soma/ELDOA, and European osteopathic techniques.

I specialize in helping women 30+ move from pain and fatigue toward strength, balance, and vitality — one mindful session at a time.
