Personalized Movement Therapy for Women in Lower Hudson Valley, NY, and virtually

I help women restore pelvic health, deepen abdominal strength, and move in ways that heal—not harm.

You’re Doing the Work—But Something Still Feels “Off”

You go to Pilates.

You go to yoga.

You try your best to stay active.

But your lower abs still feel weak.

Your hips and low back still feel tight.

Your pelvis feels congested.

And the small leaks when you cough or sneeze… you wonder if this is just “normal now.”

No one has explained what’s actually happening inside your body.

And traditional pilates can make things feel even more pressurized.

There is a deeper foundational system that requires a specific type of strengthening.

When you work with me, you can:

  • Develop deep lower abdominal strength, resting tone, and pelvic positional awareness

  • Support and strengthen your pelvic floor without over-pressurizing it

  • Reduce pelvic congestion and feel more lift and spaciousness

  • Improve your Pilates practice with a stronger foundation

  • Feel more balanced, more aligned, and more connected to your body

  • Build resilience through movement that decompresses instead of compressing

This is the work that traditional Pilates often misses.

Imagine This Instead…

The Science Behind Why My Method Works

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a powerful, science-backed method that helps women restore balance, strength, and lift within the core and pelvic floor—without adding pressure to already stressed tissues.

Through a unique combination of postural work, breathing techniques, and hypopressive positioning, LPF gently decompresses the abdomen, improves pelvic organ support, enhances posture, and reduces pelvic congestion.

Many clients notice better bladder control, a lighter feeling in the pelvis, improved core engagement in their Pilates practice, and relief from chronic tension. LPF is especially beneficial for women experiencing pelvic floor weakness, prolapse symptoms, abdominal separation, or a sense that traditional core work isn’t giving them the results they deserve. It’s a subtle but transformative practice that helps your body feel aligned, supported, and strong from the inside out.

Every woman’s body has its own story, which is why I design each session uniquely for you.

Your movement therapy is customized to your goals, your symptoms, and the way your body responds day-to-day.

Why Work With Me

  • I’m one of the few practitioners trained in LPF (hypopressives)—the deeper system that helps pelvic floors lift instead of collapse under pressure.

  • My training combines Pilates with European osteopathy–based modalities (ELDOA/SOMA), creating a much more targeted and intelligent approach.

  • My expertise in pelvic health comes from years of specialized training.

  • And most importantly: I get why your previous training didn’t work—and how to fix it.

When you train with me, you’re learning a method that strengthens the inside so the outside can finally respond.
