I stand for women’s health at every stage of life.

A woman lying on her back in a field of wildflowers, with her arms stretched above her head. She has curly hair and is wearing a yellow crop top and matching skirt, basking in sunlight. The close-up image below shows a pink-tinged flower with many small petals surrounding a dark center.

Too many women are told Pilates or standard fitness routines will “fix” pelvic floor issues — while unknowingly applying pressure that can actually make things worse. Much of women’s health is submerged beneath outdated assumptions, and I’m here to change that.

The moment that sparked a mission that still drives me today.

Early in my teaching career, I worked with a client with prolapse — and realized that even my comprehensive Pilates training had not prepared me to support her. That moment sent me on a years-long quest to understand the body more deeply.

Today, I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist, trained in Myofascial Release, ELDOA, Soma Training, Pilates, and Low Pressure Fitness / Hypopressives. These complementary disciplines allow me to address women’s bodies exactly where traditional approaches fall short.

Your body is not a problem to fix — it’s a system waiting to be understood.

My work blends touch, breath, movement, and pressure-free training so your body can finally respond the way it’s been trying to.

In private sessions, I combine healing touch, therapeutic movement, and hypopressive training to help women:

  • Clear pelvic congestion

  • Strengthen the deeper endurance system of the pelvic floor

  • Restore lower-abdominal strength

  • Reduce pain patterns in the fascia

  • Feel more connected, supported, and comfortable in their bodies

Whether through massage therapy, myofascial release, Pilates, or LPF training, my work helps women feel good again — and stay that way.

Women who begin their journey feeling pressure, weakness, or chronic pain often see results within weeks:

  • Less pelvic floor leakage

  • Clearer abdominal definition and support

  • Reduced chronic pain

  • Increased strength in Pilates sessions

  • A renewed sense of vitality and embodiment

Hi, I’m Denise Maloney

I’m Denise — an LMT, Pilates and movement educator, and someone who refuses to accept “This is just how it is now” as an answer for women’s health.

My background includes:

  • Myofascial Release

  • ELDOA & Soma Training

  • Classical & Contemporary Pilates

  • Low Pressure Fitness / Hypopressives

This combined training allows me to help women far beyond what a single method can offer.

My vision is to shift how women’s pelvic and core health is addressed in mainstream fitness and wellness. More women. More instructors. More awareness. More freedom to live without pain, pressure, or fear.
